Keep Calm and Hello December
Have you ever wondered how some people appear to stay calm and collected all the time? Even in busy December?
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, out of control, anxious, sluggish, ridiculously tired, exhausted or stressed?
These are all fear based feelings and it doesn’t have to be that way.
We can all create calm in our lives it is absolutely possible and here are my suggestions to stay well and happy in body, in mind and in spirit this December or any time.
Maybe I should call them reminders, because we all know what to do it’s just that we get busy and forget.
- Build in time to relax as a matter of routine to stay healthy and calm and avoid unwanted feelings
- Get enough quality sleep
- Get organised
- Take regular exercise
- Eat healthily
- Make lists to get things out of your head and free up space
- Have a sense of humour…watch a funny film…laugh
- Listen to great music
- Delegate…ask for help
- Be realistic
- Compliment yourself and others
- Be grateful…smile…breathe…have fun…laugh…be kind…say thank you
- Spend time in nature
- Meditate or use self hypnosis…
