During 2014 I counselled and coached clients aged between 4 and 87 years who wished to improve their lives by losing weight, gaining confidence, relaxing, sleeping and resting well, self motivating, educating, learning new concepts easily, achieving goals, overcoming inappropriate anger, sadness or fear, overcoming nerves, self harm, shyness, move beyond anorexia or bulimia, overcome guilt, improve relationships, communication skills, health (physical and mental), to move beyond unwanted behaviours.
I whitnessed some amazing results…I love my job.
I also appeared as a speaker along with Sally Naden of BBC Radio Lancashire at the opening of Blackpool Women’s Centre on Church Street, Blackpool, FY1 3PS. I facilitated several group meditations aimed at relaxation and empowering individual maximum potential of health, wellbeing and happiness.
The Women’s Centre is a registered charity and provides support through counseling, training, resources (including a library), mentoring, employment support and more. You can contact them by telephone on 01253 290007 or emailing email@example.com
I thoroughly enjoyed my day at Blackpool Women’s Centre, I met some lovely people and look forward to being invited back.
In June 2014 I was involved with Axa in Lytham, who were addressing stress in the work place. I worked with groups of people finding out about levels of stress and I also held an open surgery where employees could come and discus their problems or concerns in a confidential one to one session.
I found my day at Axa to be beneficial in understanding a large organization which in turn has enabled me to suggest improvements that can be made in any staff situation for enhanced performance and job satisfaction, this can lead to improved staff performance, attendance and good moral.
Happy staff, in my experience, lead to increased efficiency and adaptable teams, which ultimately lead to improved financial performance and their rewards.
I look forward to posting regularly with up to date information throughout 2015.
